Nikhil Mehta is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems (IS) and Margaret Hill Dean’s Notable Scholar in the Bryan School of Business and Economics at University of North Carolina Greensboro, USA. Nikhil has a Ph.D. in Management of Information Technology and Innovation from Auburn University. His research interests include key issues in IS projects, IS implementation and success, C-level leadership issues in organizations, digital innovation in smart cities, cybersecurity, and IT-enabled business models, such as crowdsourcing and outsourcing. His research has been presented in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Journal of Information Technology, Information & Management, MIS Quarterly Executive, Journal of Management, and at conferences worldwide.
