Abstract: Two new eudesmane sesquiterpenes, 2a-hydroxy pterodontic acid (1) and pterodolide [3a-(2-methyl-2,3-epoxy)-butyric-4a-acetoxy-8ß-ethoxy eudesma-7(11)-en-8a,12-olide (2), along with five known compounds (3–7) were isolated from the aerial parts of Laggera pterodonta. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods. The immunosuppressive activity of the isolated compounds was investigated.
