Abstract: The following case concerns a spare parts shoplifter in a Mercedes Benz retail franchise. The reader must determine the suitable managerial and sales person’s actions, while considering legal implications, security, and cultural and gender issues. The influences of culture, nationality, and religion in the Gulf Region and how these influences effect management are discussed.
