Abstract: The traditional method of teaching, as generally used by physical educators, is based upon teacher explanation, demonstration, and individual correction of errors. Although this is the basis of teaching methodology in physical education, numerous research studies have been conducted to investigate the effect on performance when variations and additions have been incorporated into this method in an effort to make learning more effective.
