Abstract: Being mentored and mentoring others are essential for the development of nurses and the nursing profession. These activities reflect core areas of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI), which include education, leadership, and career development. Already a leader in promoting and fostering mentoring relationships for nurses, STTI is expanding its mentoring program. Details will be unveiled later this month.
