Abstract: The objective is to encourage the use of multimodal opioid-sparing anesthesia among certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs). This will be accomplished by providing education on opioid-sparing anesthesia and creating a toolkit for the implementation of an opioid-sparing anesthesia protocol using the most current evidence. The goal is to improve confidence and knowledge among CRNAs to facilitate the transition of this technique so that it can become standard practice.
