Abstract: Delegates to the Alabama AFL-CIO Convention were surveyed concerning their attitudes toward their health benefits and various options for health care reform. Most are satisfied with their current health care coverage, but dissatisfied with its high costs. Participants attribute the high costs to providers' pricing policies and insurance companies' overhead.
