Abstract: Mark Twain once said: “It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.” One of the things we all know for sure at what is probably the start of the Recession of 2008 is that the economy is losing jobs. But it depends what you mean by that.
