Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of distributive education students toward their classroom instruction, their work experiences, and careers in distribution. A modified version of a summated rating scale, providing for both objective and subjective responses, was used to determine student attitudes. Validity was determined by internal consistency and logical or curricular methods. The split halves method was used to determine reliability. Use of a scoring key insured objectivity.
