Abstract: The purpose of this research was: to determine whether a consistent profile exists among Career Planning and Employment (CPE) professionals in terms of demographic data, professional orientation and Myers-Briggs Type; to examine whether there were significant differences between CPE professionals's demographic profile and Myers-Briggs Type; and to examine whether there were significant differences between CPE professionals' Myers-Briggs Type and professional orientation. A self-designed CPE Questionnaire and Form G of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator were used on a sample of 119 CPE professionals representing four-year, public institutions in the Southeast.
