Abstract: The purpose of this study was threefold: (a) to investigate the effects of presenting various reinforcement procedures contingent on correct responses to a test of visual perception, (b) to determine if there is a difference in performance between boys and girls as a possible differential effect of a male examiner, and (c) to determine if a difference exists in responsiveness to the various types of reinforcers as a function of social class.
