Abstract: Inequities in elementary school classrooms impact the quality of education for many students. It is important for teachers to understand how to structure their classroom to provide equitable access for each student and focus on the assets each student brings to the classroom. The purpose of this study is to create statements for Project I4 participants to sort to understand which Project I4 experiences were more significant on their ability to lead for equity. It will provide an opportunity to learn how school leaders learn and how they can change teacher practices to improve learning outcomes for all students. Q-methodology is used to assess the trends displayed by school leaders and educators with respect to the impacts their actions have on equity within the classroom.
