Abstract: Slides presented at the Triangle Research Libraries Network in Durham, North Carolina on July 18, 2023.The staff from NC State, Duke, UNC-Greensboro and Chapel Hill discussed the benefits of engaging in thoughtfully curated affinity spaces that lend themselves to empowered librarianship. Expect reflection on mindfulness practices, professional development, work styles and ways to support BIPOC staff in their daily work.
