Keanu Ammons

Keanu Ammons is an engineering student with a concentration in electric power and a minor in mathematics. He has worked with various faculty members throughout the college of engineering in hardware development projects, IEEE robotics competitions, and coding. He works as a math tutor at the MTC and contributes to university research through the nuclear regulatory commission (NRC) and the Brinson honors college. In the summer of 2022, he traveled to Idaho National Laboratory to conduct research on parallel algorithms for nuclear engineering applications. He is expected to graduate in 2023 and apply to graduate school to study nuclear engineering and plasma science.
