Salena Rabidoux began her professional journey as a teacher in the public schools. During her tenure in Michigan and North Carolina, Salena enjoyed the opportunity of teaching at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels and taught primarily in urban areas and at Title 1 schools. Mrs. Rabidoux is currently a faculty member at UNCW in the Watson College of Education. Salena is an award-winning instructional designer and instructor. She is active in outreach through providing ongoing professional development to teachers and administrators within the UNCW school partnerships as well as in the national and international conference setting. Salena currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on leadership, instructional design and evaluation, technology integration, and curriculum design for pre-service teachers.
