Abstract: The purpose of this chapter is twofold. (1) to gather in one place, the measurement and inquiry challenges surfaced by complexity theory. Most of these have been addressed, separately, elsewhere. (2) to offer insights into how complexity theory can better inform both organizational researchers and practitioners as they deal with these measurement challenges.
