Abstract: In today’s digital age, academic libraries must come to terms with an increasingly diverse student/patron population. Users of the Library expect a wide variety of services which can address their particular needs effectively. Specifically, every patron of the Library enters the Library with a diverse set of skills, backgrounds, and needs. It is up to Library professionals to recognize these differences so that the users get the information that they need.
