Abstract: This study was designed to identify the framework of treatment that therapists in North Carolina are currently using with psychotic individuals that present to them in crisis. Some gaps in the knowledge and skills of mental health clinicians were also identified, as well as some needs for further research in crisis work with psychotic individuals.
