Abstract: Drawing from the theories of marital decision-making power, an exploratory study on decision-making, role expectation and marital adjustment of dual-career couples was conducted in order to investigate possible influences involved in marital power. Another purpose was to investigate the status of such power as it applies to the dual-career couple today in North Carolina.
