Abstract: Academic libraries have historically engaged in outreach within their own scholarly communities-to faculty, students, departments, and organizations on their campuses. Working with these groups remains a key function of college and university libraries, but it is increasingly important that we, as academic librarians, seek opportunities for partnerships with institutions and groups engaged in learning beyond the boundaries of our own campuses.
