Abstract: This thesis examines the relationships between hourly meteorological conditions and hourly electricity use on an electrical substation in Boone, North Carolina during a one-year period. Weather data were collected by the Appalachian State University Meteorological Tower and electricity data were recorded by New River Light and Power Company.
