Abstract: Working remotely or teleworking or working virtually is not new. The experience with COVID-19 has expanded the concept and options for remote work environments and so has the need to expand how remote workers are supervised. Developing and training for remote or e-Supervision is certainly appropriate and timely given many industries are expecting remote work to continue long term, libraries might not be the exception.
