Abstract: Proper phylogenetic classification and identification of different strains of RNA viruses is also a critical component for an effective treatment strategy. Motivated by this broad aim, we developed a computational method combining with Chaos Game Representation (CGR) to perform clustering analysis and create a phylogenetic tree based on it.
