Abstract: Absence of coronary sinus (CS) ostium and presence of a persistent superior left vena cava (PLSVC) are rare congenital anomalies.1 We report a case of spontaneous CS thrombosis with PLSVC associated with new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) in the absence of recent coronary intervention.
