Abstract: The problem addressed by this study is the lack of knowledge concerning the relationship between levels of intercultural sensitivity of principals and students in both international high schools and American public high schools. The purpose of the study was to discover if a relationship exists between the level of intercultural sensitivity of principals and their students. In addition the study attempted to determine any significant difference in the levels between the international principals and students and the American public high school principals and students.
