Abstract: Participants learn about implications for early childhood professionals as the result of pre-service teacher reflections in a hybrid, interdisciplinary early childhood education diversity course. Results focus on course content, student practice recommendations and identifying suggestions for professionals within the field as they work with diverse student populations and their families.
