Abstract: The case study examines the influence of pranayama breathing practices on individual’s self-perception of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) after a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). All participants were administered the standardized Assessment of Language Related Functional Activities (ALFA) pre- study. A linguistic analysis of the ethnographic interview was completed pre- and post- study as well as a pre- and post- study Quality of Life (QOL) scale.
