Abstract: Slides from a presentation on UNCG's effort to migrate two of their most visible digital collections from an internally developed content management system into CONTENTdm. The process used was a collaborative effort that involved four groups within the library and included a large-scale reassessment of the structure and descriptive metadata of both collections. This presentation reports on the steps taken to complete the migrations, successes and challenges, and lessons learned. This presentation was geared toward an audience of CONTENTdm users and was delivered on May 28, 2015 at the CONTENTdm Users Group Conference at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. Co-presented by David Gwynn, Anna Craft, and Beth Ann Koelsch.
