Abstract: The article discusses the mock interviews conducted among student members of the Academic Cultural Enrichment (ACE) Scholars cohort at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro (UNCG). The interviews are divided into two phases, the first of which consisted of simulated telephone interviews and the second consisted of a simulate search committee interview.
