Abstract: The purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate if the series of protocols using the Interactive Metronome® and TRX® Suspension Training developed for mild traumatic brain injury associated with post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms is an effective intervention tool to affect change and improve life satisfaction and attention skills in a well population. Results indicated that changes were observed life satisfaction improved and attention improved. Further research is needed to provide evidence for statistical significance and to apply the protocol series to a population of Marines with mild traumatic brain injury associated with post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms.
