Shawn Bergman Ph.D

"Broadly, my research interests include statistics/quantitative methods, big data and analytics, social networking/social media, and person-environment fit. More specifically, my current research interests are focused on three projects": Exploring how online resources (e.g., social media, social networking sites, job boards) can be used for recruitment, brand management, and selection and the legal implications for using these sources. Investigating how analytics and big data can be used to help organizations, human resources in particular, meet organizational goals. Applying research and quantitative methodologies in academic and professional settings.
