I joined the UNCG University Libraries in July 2007 as Head of Reference and Instructional Services and have very much enjoyed my return to North Carolina. My Master's in Library Science is from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and I also have a Bachelor's and Master's in English from Virginia Tech. I worked for many years at the University of Kentucky Libraries, including a position as Team Leader of the Reference Team and many years as Head of the Education Library. In being a librarian, I most enjoy connecting people with the information they need. In my off hours, I do volunteer work, garden, and enjoy my family, including two daughters back in Kentucky.
