Nathan Travis
Nathan Travis is a WCU student double-majoring in Philosophy and Mathematics, with concentrations in Religion and Traditional or Pure Mathematics, respectively, and will graduate in May 2022. He is broadly interested in American pragmatism, (religious) ethics, theology, and the history of philosophy. His special interests are in classical pragmatism, the history of pragmatism, and applications of pragmatist thought to Christian theologies and ethics. He has presented at 8 academic conferences, including the 2021 and 2022 National Conference on Undergraduate Research and WCU’s 2021 and 2022 Research and Scholarship Conference.
