Vicki McCready

Vicki McCready, MA, CCC-SLP, is the Director of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's Speech and Hearing Center and is a Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders in the School of Health and Human Performance. She is a Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and has over 20 years experience as a clinical educator. She has published and presented extensively in the areas of supervision and clinical education. She served two elected terms as a Legislative Counselor from NC to ASHA. In 2004, she received the Honors of the NC Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In 2006, she was awarded the Gail M.Hennis Teaching Excellence Award for Graduate Faculty in the School of Health and Human Performance. In 2007, she received an Award of Appreciation for her clinical achievements from the Council of Academic Programs in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
