Abstract: The relationships between locus of control and philosophy of education were analyzed according to the variables of grades taught and type of class taught. Results indicated that there were not statistically significant relationships between philosophy of education or locus of control and grades taught; elementary and junior high teachers did not differ significantly on their philosophies of education or locus of control.
