Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate whom the students at Watauga High School, Boone, North Carolina perceive as performing the guidance function with respect to educational, vocational, and personal-emotional counseling. It further sought to determine whether differences exist in perceptions of students with respect to curriculum and sex variables.
