Abstract: It was the purpose of this study to survey the guidance and personnel programs in the seven Baptist colleges in North Carolina to determine the existing programs, to evaluate them in terms of commonly accepted standards, and on the basis of the evaluation, to suggest ways of improving and coordinating theses services within these schools.
