Abstract: AT the 2007 TLA Conference Susan Jennings demonstrated the use of wikis in library services and shared a dream for her Access Services Wiki. This is the text of the conference demonstration of the real life application of how wikis can be used as both a training tool and resource for all public service desk staff.
