Abstract: The article discusses the relationship between information technologies and librarians and how these two collaboration affects productivity and organizational system. It presents an analysis regarding the important principles of communication and culture and how these affect the interconnectedness of technological systems. It provides methods on how to establish good communication such as realizing and understanding the basic social nature of information services. Also, it offers suggestions on connecting the gap between Information Technology and information services.
