Abstract: Poster presented at the North Carolina Library Association- Resources and Technical Services Section, Virtual session in October 2022. On this poster, I addressed staffing concerns and the job search process, the challenges posed by COVID, job searching and the pandemic MLS graduate, job search strategies, things to do during the job search process, and the preparation necessary to be competitive in the job search process.
