Abstract: In 2014 the Coastal Carolina Consortium comprised of UNCP, UNCW, and FSU dissolved, as the former to migrated to Sierra and the latter to OCLC. UNCP went from sharing a consortially maintained server with Millennium to an individual instance of Sierra hosted by III. At this time, UNCP's Systems Librarian position became vacant, further complicating a complicated migration. We will discuss this process, and the effects on circulation, cataloging, and systems.
