A. Kathy Bradshaw

A. Kathy Bradshaw is the Human Resources Librarian for University Libraries at the University of North Carolina Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has responsibility for library human resources concerns, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and staff development. Kathy also serves as the Equal Opportunity Officer for the Libraries. Prior to becoming a librarian, she held a variety of Human Resources positions in the financial services industry as well as in higher education. Kathy has a BA from Spelman College, a MS from the New School for Social Research in New York, and an MLIS from Rutgers University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute and belongs to the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources. Her interests include organizational development of academic libraries.
