Abstract: The phytochemical study of the aerial parts of Laggera pterodonta afforded two new eudesmane sesquiterpenes, 3a,4ß,11-trihydroxyenantioeudesmane (pterodontriol E) (1) and 4ß,8ß,11-trihydroxyenantioeudesmane (pterodontriol F) (2), along with seven known compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.
