Abstract: Because of India’s improving entrepreneurial performance, some analysts consider the country as the next Asian miracle (Huang, 2008). The State's domination over the economy is gradually declining and there are some signs that the country is moving toward a market-oriented system. India has also set explicit policy and objective to become a leading business-friendly economy (World Bank, 2008).
