Abstract: The News & Record recently reported that the U.S. Census Bureau’s just-released Annual Survey of Manufactures had some sobering news for the textile industry in North Carolina (“North Carolina Leads Nation in Losing Textile and Apparel Jobs,” Nov. 20).
