Abstract: The present study was conducted to investigate creative and leadership behaviors of a group of preschool children, who were selected from the Greensboro Head Start Program and church sponsored kindergartens. The data for creative behavior were collected with The Unusual Uses, Product Improvement, and Picture Completion Tests of The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (Torrance, 1966), which were administered to each child individually. The data for leadership behavior were collected with The Nursery School Leadership Observation Schedule (Fu, 1970). Each child was observed for four times over a period of time.
