Abstract: This poster illustrates how SCUA transitioned its entire collection to ArchivesSpace, specifically recent rare book acquisitions. It also outlines project objectives, including developing collaborative communication methods among our Special Collections and cataloging departments, creating staff buy-in for using ArchivesSpace for rare book acquisitions, improving physical and digital access to our collections for staff and researchers, training all staff on one information management platform, and providing remote project opportunities during the pandemic. Poster presented virtually at the Society of American Archivists conference in August 2021.
