Abstract: Creative Commons License; A ten-person task force assessed staffing responsibilities, guidelines, processes, and data gathering procedures for user experience (UX) for a library system. Multiple models for carrying out UX in a library were tested to develop a comprehensive and sustainable UX strategy. Presenters of this session will outline the benefits and drawbacks of different staffing models for UX projects, present the tools and methods used in their UX study, and exhibit findings of their research.; Extracted text
