Abstract: A clear understanding of how school counselors can support teachers through consultation while implementing RTI is unknown. This study builds on research in school counselor consultation, focusing specifically on supporting teachers implementing RTI in elementary schools, and aims to enhance instructional beliefs and practices impeding the achievement and success of students.
